Kasra is a senior, product-focused Full-Stack Engineer with core expertise in building secure, high-performance applications. Leveraging an AI-native workflow and a deep background in quality assurance, he analyzes complex architectural challenges from multiple perspectives to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Arnošt Havelka
Solution Architect & Full-Stack Developer
Arnošt architects and ships production systems end-to-end. At Sustainly he rapidly integrated third-party services, led a full application refactor, and applied SEO strategies from his own SaaS projects to measurably grow organic reach — all within months of joining. He is also a member of Microsoft STC.
Experience:
- Rapid Integration Delivery — Designed and delivered third-party service integrations at Sustainly from scratch, enabling automated workflows and data pipelines that became core product infrastructure — shipped within weeks of joining.
- Application Refactoring — Took full ownership of a codebase-wide refactor, restructuring the architecture for long-term maintainability and enabling the team to ship new features significantly faster.
- Analytics Integration — Implemented the full analytics layer from scratch, giving the team their first data-driven view of user behaviour and directly informing product decisions.
- SEO Architecture — Transferred proven SEO patterns from Windows CLI Hub to Sustainly: structured metadata, Open Graph, and multilingual routing — delivering a measurable lift in organic discoverability.
- Windows CLI Hub — Independently architected and launched windows-cli.arnost.org: a production SaaS platform for command-line learning with a live sandbox terminal, Brevo newsletter integration, and a freemium model.
- Microsoft STC Member — Part of Microsoft's Student Technology Community, contributing alongside engineering and product teams working on cloud services at scale.
